These guys replaced about 12 sealed units, in both wooden frames and plastic windows including 4 panes in a skylight. The workmanship was of an incredibly high standard, leaving me with a better finish than was there originally, they are perfectionists. You'd think that they'd be expensive given the level of finish they push themselves to delivery, but they are also really reasonably priced, really easy to deal with and a friendly bunch as well.

Amazing Service! Following a break in I contacted Window Doctor to make my property safe. The lady on the phone, Kairen, was so reassuring & helpful, confirming what would happen & the timescales. I received a call from the engineer within 10 minutes confirming he was on his way. On his arrival, he reassured me & showed real empathy as I was still shaken up & had forensics in my kitchen. The engineer worked with the police & took my broken glass out, fixing a wooden board in place to make it secure. The break in was late at night, by 9.30am I had new glass in & everything was tidied up like it was a bad dream.

I had a problem with a few misted windows, so I decided to contact Window Doctor Coventry for a free survey and estimate. The fitter who was sent to do the job was very polite and cheerful. After completing the task, he left the site clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend their services and I am a happy customer who will definitely return.

Had the guys out to add a cat flap in our French doors and fix a door that had dropped. New pane arrived promptly and guys were very efficient installing the new pane and cat flap. The door work perfectly now. Thank guys! Highly recommended

We had a problem with misty windows, we used Windows Doctor. We waited only three days for the ordered glass, the team replaced the glass in 15 minutes, cleaned the window after the replacement and we have a 5-year warranty at a good price! We recommend this company to everyone.

I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of their work to replace the broken hinges on my patio doors. They took great care to ensure the doors were correctly adjusted, so now they close and lock better than they did before! Very pleased; job well done.

We managed to bend and break the hinge on a bedroom window yesterday evening, he emailed Window Doctor this morning and they were here by 3pm and window was completely fixed in about 20 mins for a very reasonable price - couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Got their number from Google, my front door was sticking and the handle was in danger of breaking. Ben and Steve turned up during the allocated time, were both friendly and courteous. They diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair swiftly and left no mess. I wasn't charged for parts as they weren't required, just their labour. Honesty and reliability, what more can I say? I will definitely use these guys again. Thanks lads.
